No. Talent Pool is free for workers and for Heat Geek installers.
Who can join as a worker?+
Anyone looking for heating work: labourers, plumbers, gas engineers, electricians, heat pump engineers and apprentices. Heat Geek training shows as a badge on your profile but isn't required.
Who can hire?+
Installers in the Heat Geek network. We check this automatically when you sign in.
Does Heat Geek check qualifications?+
No. Heat Geek does not vet or verify anyone. Installers must check qualifications, insurance and right to work themselves before taking anyone on.
How do I get paid?+
Rates and payment are agreed directly between you and the installer. Heat Geek is not involved in any arrangement.
